The Director will manage scheduling, staffing, routing, and job assignments to ensure efficient and timely completion of work. A key aspect of the role involves leading, training, and developing supervisors, crew leaders, technicians, and field staff. The position requires ensuring all maintenance and enhancement work meets company quality standards and client expectations, with regular site reviews to inspect quality, identify improvements, and ensure safety compliance. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through communication and issue resolution is crucial. The role also involves identifying, estimating, and selling enhancement opportunities, developing budgets, pricing, production goals, and revenue targets in collaboration with leadership. Monitoring costs, coordinating with vendors, and partnering with HR on staffing and employee management are also key responsibilities. Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and proper job site conduct, along with managing customer concerns and maintaining accurate records, are essential.
