We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Maintenance and Enhancement Project Manager to oversee and manage landscape projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design, maintenance practices, and project management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in the landscape design and construction industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of landscape design principles, horticulture, and sustainable practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in business management/project management software and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages preferred.
  • PMP certification or similar project management credentials is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple landscape maintenance and enhancement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Manage and mentor a team of landscape professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-quality work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with sales and design teams to develop and implement project plans that reflect client vision and environmental considerations.
  • Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies for all projects.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and maintenance standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, including timelines, budget updates, and resource requirements.
