About The Position

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a highly motivated Landscape Superintendent to lead a crew providing landscape services and installing landscape upgrades on high-profile commercial properties. The role involves planning, scheduling, and implementing field-crew tasks to meet contract specifications, labor and materials budgets, and client expectations. The superintendent supervises lawn maintenance activities, supports landscape enhancements, coordinates with management, customers, and employees, and monitors landscape health and care needs on assigned properties.

Requirements

• Experience managing a crew of laborers providing landscaping or related services.
• Exceptional client-service skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to read landscape plans and lay out plantings.
• Proactive approach to resolving issues before they become problematic.
• Fluency in English.
• Clean driving record.
• A green thumb.

• Bilingual ability in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and implement field-crew tasks under the supervision of the Account Manager.
• Ensure work complies with contract specifications, labor and materials budgets, and client expectations.
• Supervise lawn maintenance activities and ensure consistent service quality and safe work practices.
• Assist the Account Manager by recommending appropriate additional landscape services to clients.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and other employees as needed.
• Communicate regularly with assigned clients verbally and in writing.
• Monitor landscape health and care needs on assigned properties.
