About The Position

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged to recruit an Enhancement Manager for a growing commercial landscaping, enhancement, and snow management organization. This company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services, prioritizing employee safety, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships across its markets. The Enhancement Manager will lead year-round field operations, overseeing landscape enhancement crews during the growing season and snow and ice operations throughout the winter months. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for personnel management, scheduling, quality control, safety, labor productivity, cost management, and overall operational performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in landscaping, landscape enhancements, snow operations, construction, or related field services.
  • Previous experience leading field crews and supervising hourly employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with scheduling, job costing, labor management, and operational performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build accountability while developing and coaching team members.
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
  • Availability to support winter snow operations outside of standard business hours when necessary.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong snow and ice management experience preferred.
  • Experience using Aspire or similar operational software preferred.
  • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily landscape enhancement and snow removal operations.
  • Oversee field crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Manage crew scheduling, routing, equipment allocation, and daily work assignments.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop field employees and crew leaders.
  • Monitor labor productivity, staffing levels, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct job-site inspections to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
  • Enforce safety policies, procedures, and operating standards.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, vehicles, and inventory needed for ongoing operations.
  • Track labor, job progress, reporting, and operational metrics through Aspire software.
  • Manage job costs, labor budgets, material expenses, and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead snow and ice management operations during winter weather events, including after-hours response as needed.
  • Partner with Account Managers and leadership to resolve service issues and support customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements.
