About The Position

The Engraving Operator operates equipment to meet production goals with a high level of detail and accuracy. The role includes understanding and executing work orders, operating and setting up machinery according to established procedures, and producing high-quality products. The operator reports issues to Leads, cross-trains to operate all machinery, and communicates effectively with team members. The listed schedule is 6 PM to 6 AM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English to understand and interpret procedures, give and receive instructions, and present information effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
• Enthusiastic, cooperative team player with a professional demeanor.
• Adaptable to new or changing circumstances, self-motivated, creative, and innovative.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute the expectations of each work order.
• Operate machinery in the assigned area according to established procedures to produce high-quality products.
• Accurately perform each step of outlined procedures.
• Configure machines to produce specified products.
• Promptly report issues to Leads.
• Gain proficiency in operating all machinery through cross-training.
• Use spoken and written English to communicate with team members and complete job tasks.
• Respond promptly to corrective action situations and resolve them efficiently.
• Participate in companywide safety and cleanliness programs.
• Perform additional job functions as assigned.
