About The Position

This position is highly demanding, fast-paced, and requires exceptional time management and communications skills. Majority of the work is in an office environment; some of the work requires travel and outside work. Most outside work is at outdoor cell sites and hub locations. Providing project management and supervision of construction activities for multiple Network site additions and upgrade projects. Providing complete ownership of project financials. Providing clear direction and supervision to contractors, vendors, and/or other teams supporting upgrade projects.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience in the wireless telecom industry.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to manage changing priorities, competing priorities, and situations in which guidelines can change.
• Knowledge of CWDM/DWDM multiplexing to maximize fiber resources.
• Knowledge of CRAN & ERAN architecture and coordination mechanisms.
