English Contract Attorney
About The Position
Contact Review is seeking barred attorneys for project-based document review work. Attorneys may assist with document review, privilege review, expert testimony, legal research, and foreign-language translation. The company emphasizes high-quality, accountable attorneys and collaboration among project managers, programmers, engineers, reviewers, and analysts as extensions of each project team. The role is remote, with the specific location and hours—including the possibility of working outside standard business hours—determined on a project-by-project basis. The start date is negotiable. Compensation is $27–$40 per hour.
Requirements
- Familiarity with document review workflows, such as privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
- Experience with electronic document review technology, such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a member of a document review team.
- Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or a higher version.
- At least two years of legal support experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform document review, including privilege and responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review.
- Support projects involving privilege review, expert testimony, legal research, or foreign-language translation, as needed.
- Work collaboratively as part of project teams to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
