Job Summary We’re looking for an Engineering Technician to support production, engineering, and quality on the shop floor. This role is a mix of hands‑on work, troubleshooting, and process improvement—you’ll be working directly with automation, EDM, and machining processes to keep things running and improve how we build parts. You’ll help launch new jobs, fix issues, build tooling, and train operators. Requirements

2‑year technical degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
Manufacturing experience preferred
Able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to work independently and with the team
Quick learner who can adapt in a fast‑moving production environment
3D CAD experience (NX preferred)
CAM programming (NX or Mastercam)
Solid understanding of GD&T
Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes
Comfortable working with data, reports, and documentation
Strong computer skills
