About The Position

Perform engineering floor support, routine engineering tasks and assist in various engineering projects. Assist in the design and implementation methods of processes to improve product quality and manufacturing. Trouble shoots problems in equipment and or process to affect timely solutions and maintain continuity of production flow. Assist in monitoring and debugging new methods and processes to ensure desired results. Support continuous improvements and APS activities. Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or comparable technical experience
• At least 2 years engineering/technical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• PLC experience required.
• Knowledge of engineering systems & methods in manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of safety & environmental considerations.
• Strong oral & written communications.
• Proficiency with P.C. based software.
• Willingness to stay on a problem through completion.
