About The Position
XNRGY Climate Systems is seeking an Engineering Technician to support its expansion in the United States. Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this hands-on role works with manufacturing and production teams to evaluate, implement, develop, and maintain solutions to complex manufacturing processes. The position supports process improvement, production trials, documentation, troubleshooting, and safety in a modern facility in Mesa, Arizona.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- Knowledge of failure diagnosis and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent customer service.
- Improvement-oriented attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new knowledge.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning and improving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop assembly processes based on manufacturing best practices.
- Support manufacturing processes and suggest improvements.
- Support time-study evaluations and recommend improvement ideas.
- Assist the Process Engineer with manufacturing-process activities.
- Update work instructions based on feedback from failures and corrective actions.
- Work with process and design engineers to document and follow up on corrective actions for process optimization.
- Work with the engineering organization to define part-exchange strategies when manufacturing-process deviations occur.
- Support production run trials and provide feedback on feasibility.
- Support, review, and update training documents and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
- Perform minor operation of equipment used in the production process.
- Follow plant safety policies and procedures and proactively identify unsafe conditions.
