Requirements
- Experience with electrical systems, power distribution, or battery technologies
- Experience working with precision tools and following detailed assembly procedures
- Experience working around or with energetic materials
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and problem-solve
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience with powder processes, presses, punches, and maintaining dies
- Experience with foil handling and forming
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
- Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or a related field
