About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to support H-60 R/S production efforts. The selected candidate will assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, and will perform routine repairs, retrofits, systems integration, calibration, and testing to ensure operational excellence across the platform.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and experience supporting production, systems, or related platforms.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and assembling complex mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of test equipment, calibration procedures, and in-line repair
  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks or test schedules under tight production timelines.
  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one; US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment for H-60 R/S platforms
  • Conduct routine repairs, system retrofits, and upgrades to support production schedules
  • Perform systems integration, calibration, and functional testing of equipment and components
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting the performance and functionality of systems during assembly or testing
  • Perform in-line repair and testing, ensuring effective operational readiness of equipment and systems
  • Operate specialized test equipment and troubleshoot complex assemblies for platform components
  • Coordinate and manage test schedules, ensuring alignment with production timelines
  • Provide inputs for test plans focusing on equipment reliability, performance, and quality control
  • Review test plans and procedures to ensure alignment with technical requirements
  • Conduct or monitor system, subsystem, equipment, or component testing to ensure compliance with standards
  • Adjust and calibrate equipment under test, capturing and analyzing results to identify root causes of any issues
  • Propose actionable recommendations based on test data analysis, contributing to continuous improvement for production efforts
