Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. Position Summary: The Engineering Technician plays a key role in supporting the transition of complex RF products-both passive and active, up to 110 GHz-from development into production. This position works closely within a cross‑functional team including design engineering, program management, quality, mechanical design, and RF test to ensure designs are manufacturable, testable, and reliable. The Engineering Technician independently sets up, operates, calibrates, maintains, and troubleshoots RF and DC test systems, and serves as a key technical resource for qualification builds, production support, and failure investigations. This role also leads detailed analysis of customer returns following initial review by the Failure Analysis Team (FAT).
