Requirements

Teamwork and good communication.
Able to provide input on best practices for new part and process development.
Associates degree or equivalent experience.
A good understanding of Subzero, Wolf, and Cove product.

Nice To Haves

Foaming and sealed systems operations.
Sheet metal fabrication.
Plastic forming operations.
CAD/SOLIDWORKS experience (2+ years).

Responsibilities

Developing, implementing, and sustaining procedures to support Business Unit and New Product Development teams.
Regularly communicate project and challenges that arise.
Assist in design, building, implementing, and sustaining procedures to support NPD needs.
Utilize 6S principles and perform lab audits to ensure lab spaces remain clean and organized.
Completing all necessary safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
