About The Position

The Engineering Technical Specialist 3 builds and configures embedded PCs and host PCs on test benches and supports Linux system administration on RHEL 9. The role installs, configures, patches, and maintains Windows and Linux server environments, and supports containerization technologies.

The position also manages Active Directory and file servers, troubleshoots user issues involving hardware, software, or processes, conducts monthly operating-system patching and antivirus updates, creates user accounts and resets passwords, and runs workstation and server backups. The role maintains compliance with Risk Managed Framework and NISPOM rules.

This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension in Berkeley, Missouri. The scheduled first shift is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
• Technical bachelor's or master's degree in a mathematical, scientific, or information technology field of study.
• Security+ certification, CISSP certification, or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
