About The Position
The Engineering Supervisor supports the daily operation of the Engineering department, overseeing maintenance activities while assisting and guiding the engineering team. This hands-on leadership role helps ensure guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems are maintained to the high standards expected of a Curio Collection by Hilton property. The position also works closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, Security, and other departments to respond quickly to operational needs. Bring your expertise. Lead with purpose. Requirements
- Previous hotel or facilities engineering experience
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead by example

Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and prioritizing work orders
- Supporting preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues
- Ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to guests
- Helping train and support team members
- Monitoring the quality and completion of assigned work
- Conducting property and equipment inspections
- Maintaining safety standards
- Communicating maintenance concerns to Engineering leadership
