About The Position

As Engineering Supervisor, you are responsible managing the safe and efficient organization and operation of the Engineering department, lodge units, association property, mechanical systems, and associated areas. You are responsible for creating and facilitating a preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar size hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12.
• Full service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
• Ability to hire, train, and coach great people to provide top-notch service to guests.
• Dependable, organized, and possess a positive, can-do mindset.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and feedback for continued growth.
