About The Position

Radiance Technologies is seeking an Engineering Specialist to support the characterization and assessments of discrete electronic systems. This role involves diagnostics, repair, removal, and rehosting of electronic systems/components, as well as PCB layout, fabrication, and component population. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a current TS/SCI clearance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of documentable technical experience
• Current TS/SCI Clearance
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience supporting the characterization and assessments of discrete electronic systems
• Minimum 2 years of performing diagnostics, repair, removal, or rehosting of electronic systems/components
• Minimum 2 years of experience with PCB layout, fabrication, and component population

Nice To Haves

• Experience with embedded systems
• Experience with assembly language programming
• Experience with test equipment including In-Circuit-Debuggers/Emulators, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, multimeter, soldering tools
• Experience troubleshooting printed circuit boards
• Experience developing, validating, and reading schematics
• Experience using Altium vs other circuit tools (KiCAD, OrCAD, LTspice, etc.)
• Mechanical/ knowledge disassembly
