About The Position

E.H. Price Solutions, a division of Price Industries Limited, is seeking a driven, technically strong Engineering Sales Representative for its Moncton, NB office. This role focuses on driving growth in air distribution equipment by building relationships across the HVAC ecosystem, including engineers, contractors, developers, and owners. It's a hands-on, high-impact position that combines technical expertise, sales execution, and market development, requiring the ability to add value in both engineering and contractor environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC equipment sales experience (air distribution preferred)
  • Strong ability to work both sides of the market - engineering and contracting
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems and product applications
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with take-offs, quoting, and submittal preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-starter with a competitive edge, strong follow-through, and professional presence

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technology

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, developers, and owners to grow market share
  • Promote a full range of air distribution products including ERVs, fan coils, terminal units, fans, dampers, duct heaters, and diffusers
  • Perform accurate product selections for consulting engineers and design-build contractors
  • Interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications with confidence
  • Complete take-offs, prepare quotations and tenders, and issue submittals
  • Actively pursue and close opportunities through consistent follow-up and negotiation
  • Stay current with HVAC technologies, product updates, and selection software (including factory training visits)
  • Maintain working knowledge of local codes, industry standards, and market trends
  • Track competitors and position our solutions effectively
  • Build business through in-person engagement—meetings, site visits, industry events, and client entertainment
  • Support product launches, customer events, factory tours, and trade shows
  • Collaborate internally with a team-first, customer-first mindset
