Requirements

4+ years of experience in an engineering discipline such as systems or mechanical engineering
Experience performing engineering analysis on systems and components
Experience deriving various types of requirements, including functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, to guide development and implementation
Experience in the development and analysis of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Ability to run failure investigation teams to identify technical issues and propose resolutions
Ability to develop and execute test plans and analyze results
Ability to support the program manager with cost and schedule estimates
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of precision guided artillery systems, including warheads, fuzing, airframe, and guidance technologies
Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle
Knowledge of high-G design of electronics
Ability to lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) discussions and present findings to senior leaders
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
