About The Position

Schreiber is hiring three Engineering Project Managers for its office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role leads cross-functional teams through Schreiber’s Enterprise Project Management (EPM) process, setting project direction and securing clearly defined success criteria and outcomes that support strategic and business goals. Projects may be challenging because of their prototypical or developmental nature, and the role requires collaboration with multiple departments and guidance of project team members. The position evaluates proposed projects from a business perspective, advises upper management on appropriate actions, and monitors projects against overall company objectives. It provides technical direction on project specifications, capital equipment, vendors, contractors, testing, and trials, while identifying technologies and methods that may improve production systems, facilities, or profit margins. The Engineering Project Manager also supports compliance with safety, sanitation, government, food safety, food quality, and customer requirements. This includes interpreting customer requirements for plant and support groups, establishing and auditing PCPs, CCPs, and standard operating procedures, and reviewing procedure deviations to determine corrective action. The role may travel up to 30%.
