About The Position

Under the direction of the Sales Engineering Manager, the Project Manager will use their expertise to plan, direct and coordinate the development of New Products, Engineering Change Requests, processes, and/or other offerings. Their responsibilities include leading the risk assessment and development stage of projects, creating detailed project plans, and proposing budgets, resource planning and equipment needs.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Business or Engineering Management or equivalent and relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Monday.com preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure On-Time, On-Rate and On-Budget for NPD launches.
  • Ensure successful and efficient NPD hand-off to the plant for SOP.
  • Communicate and track status and open actions with customers.
  • As assigned, oversee Engineering Projects, ECR’s and Continuous Improvement efforts.
  • Responsible for knowing and following all environmental, health and safety rules, policies, and procedures for work area and takes responsibility to assure that personal work activity is conducted in such a way so as to not affect the safety of themselves or others.
