Requirements

At least 6 years of professional engineering and project delivery experience working on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
Relevant experience should include conveyance-related projects such as water transmission and distribution pipelines, wastewater collection systems and interceptors, force mains, lift stations, pump stations, pipeline rehabilitation, and utility planning.
A bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Texas or the ability to obtain Texas licensure within 6 months of hire date.
A firm understanding of engineering fundamentals and the principles associated with municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
Strong communicator with leadership skills and the ability to collaboratively plan, solve problems, coordinate project teams, manage client relationships, and follow through on project commitments.

Nice To Haves

Experience developing and managing project scopes, budgets, schedules, engineering reports, construction documents, and cost estimates is preferred.
