Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing with a focus on materials.
Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite of programs, especially Word (document creation) and Excel (hardware tracking)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to analyze data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities independently
US citizenship is required

Responsibilities

Oversee each phase of the production process ensuring completion of electrical power components.
Assist with regulatory documentation in highly regulated environments, ensuring adherence to customer guidelines.
Manage and track technical documentation, drawings, and engineering changes.
Facilitate communication across engineering, manufacturing, and quality control departments.
Support project teams by tracking the receipt, kitting, and allocation of parts.
Identify risks to material “on time delivery” and escalate to appropriate stakeholders.
Work closely with engineering, legal, quality assurance, and other teams to integrate compliance requirements into product development.
