Additionally, it involves participation in various strategic activities and building trusting relationships with employees, including communicating performance expectations, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff. Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and leading responses to RFPs, Sources Sought, and RFIs are also key aspects of this role.
