Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field, or a Master's degree
- 5+ years of job-related experience (or 3 years with a Master's degree)
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship is required
- 5 years project management experience leading hardware and software development teams
- 3 years technical experience; preferably with embedded systems
- Significant experience using Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proven communication skills
- Strong leadership & mentoring skills

Responsibilities
- Leads the planning and ensures monitoring and control for assigned development programs
- Responsible for Cost, Schedule, and Technical performance for all engineering efforts
- Ensures all project deliverables are developed with high quality and delivered on time
- Manages the engineering related risks and opportunities of the program
- Conducts monthly Engineering Status Reviews
- Manages the resolution of technical issues
- Ensures that team members are recognized for their contributions
- Takes immediate & decisive action in dealing with technical & performance issues
- Assists in Proposal and ROM development
