About The Position

Join Cisco’s Enterprise Security Product Team, a dynamic group at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation. Our team designs and builds the agentic SOC (Security Operations Center) which places us on the cutting edge of AI-driven security solutions. You’ll collaborate with dedicated AI research engineers, product marketing, solutions architects, and cross-functional partners, all in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and supportive environment. You’ll help shape the most transformative area of Cisco’s flagship security operations platform, making a visible impact in an industry-defining team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Cybersecurity with 12 years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8 years of experience; or PhD with 5 years of experience
  • Experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) workflows, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, threat intelligence, and incident response processes
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or large language models, including personal or professional projects

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product strategy and execution for our agentic SOC within the flagship security operations platform.
  • Partner closely with engineering and customers to identify critical security operations challenges and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Prototype and validate solutions, ensuring hands-on familiarity with the product and delivering demonstrable results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional GTM teams to launch new capabilities and ensure successful rollout to customers.
  • Lead analyst briefings for Agentic SOC capabilities with leading market research analysts
