Qualcomm's Customer Engineering team is seeking a highly organized, self-driven problem solver with strong communication skills and a proven background in data analysis. This role, based in San Diego, will be part of the Operations team and will support Business Intelligence and data analytics initiatives. The candidate will also support executive-level operations by capturing detailed meeting notes, tracking and organizing action items, and providing structured support to the Senior Vice President in a Chief of Staff capacity. The successful candidate will work across multiple systems to perform reporting, data mining, and in-depth analysis to identify critical business trends. Responsibilities include leveraging various business intelligence tools to develop reports and insights for end users, as well as designing and maintaining dashboards to support informed decision-making. In addition, the candidate will collaborate closely with Procurement and Legal teams to support contracts for various AI initiatives—managing required documentation, coordinating approvals, and helping drive these efforts forward in a timely manner.
