Engineering Operations Technician (On-site)

Requirements

- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive, friendly, and service-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates balanced working knowledge of Android and iOS mobile ecosystems, including device setup, common settings, account access, application installation, troubleshooting, and basic operating system differences
- High School diploma / GED and 2+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree/Vocational Technical School diploma with focus on related field and 1+ years of relevant experience
Nice To Haves
- Six Sigma certification or related continuous improvement training is preferred, but not required
- Balanced understanding of Android and iOS mobile ecosystems, with the ability to support device setup, troubleshooting, application access, and clear user guidance across both platforms
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve support processes, reduce repeat issues, and create a better experience for engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock, and reorder supplies as needed
- Maintain organized, clean, and efficient work areas that support reliable team operations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while ensuring timely repair and replacement of faulty equipment
- Support equipment preventative maintenance and calibration while maintaining equipment availability
- Coordinate logistics for equipment deployment, setup, transfer, and return
- Actively support a safe work environment and promote a safety-focused culture
- Write clear and consistent documentation based on team principles and practices that align with quality expectations
- Take proactive initiative to identify issues, communicate risks, and help drive practical improvements for the team
