Federal highway projects on national parkland, national forests, and tribal lands don't get built without someone tracking the schedules, contracts, and budgets behind them. As an Engineering Operations Technician, you'll be that someone: the person keeping project documentation, task orders, and financial reporting organized so engineers and project managers can focus on delivering the work. You'll support the Federal Highway Administration's Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) in Vancouver, WA. WFLHD is one of only three FHWA field division offices in the country, and it administers the Federal Lands Highway program across a six-state region, coordinating road and bridge work with partners like the National Park Service, U.S. Forest Service, and Bureau of Indian Affairs.
