Housing Connector•Denver, CO
•$155,000 - $195,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Housing Connector is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead, hire, and develop the team building products that help people access and maintain housing. The manager will coach engineers, contribute to technical work, and partner with product and design to turn user needs into reliable, useful software. The products already support thousands of users, while parts of the platform are being rebuilt and improved. The role will help the team ship new capabilities, strengthen engineering practices, and make practical decisions about architecture, security, accessibility, and maintainability. The manager will help hire as the team grows and communicate engineering priorities and tradeoffs to leaders across the organization. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Denver or Seattle metro area. Employees work in person from their local Housing Connector office one day per week. Denver-based employees should expect to travel to Seattle approximately once per quarter for team meetings and collaboration. Housing Connector is a tech-for-good nonprofit that partners with property owners and managers to reduce barriers to housing, alongside community organizations, government, and philanthropy. Its technology and support model aims to create simpler, scalable pathways to housing.
