About The Position

G3 Boats/Yamaha is looking to hire an Engineering Manager. If you’re energized by innovation, inspired by craftsmanship, and ready to help shape the next generation of world‑class boats, this role is your launchpad. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead with vision, build with precision, and bring big ideas to life on the water. As our Engineering Manager, you’ll guide and develop a talented engineering and R&D team—steering everything from concept to completion. You’ll direct, coordinate, and champion the planning, organization, and execution of engineering projects that push our products forward. Whether it’s refining a hull design, improving a manufacturing process, or launching a new model, you’ll be at the helm. You’ll collaborate across departments to solve manufacturing challenges, streamline processes, and ensure new technologies and designs move smoothly from prototype to production. Your leadership will keep projects on course, your creativity will spark innovation, and your technical expertise will help us build boats that perform as beautifully as they look. If you love leading teams, solving complex problems, and bringing bold ideas to life—while working in an environment where craftsmanship meets cutting‑edge engineering—this is your opportunity to make waves.
