About The Position

The Engineering Manager plans, directs, and coordinates production activities within an engineering project. They need to possess a unique set of skills that combine technical expertise with people management skills. This role involves leading research and development projects that produce modern designs, products, and processes, ensuring products have the support of upper management, and providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams. The position requires checking the team’s work for accuracy and coordinating work with other managers and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering Technology preferred. Relevant job experience in lieu of Engineering Degree acceptable.
