The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading Purity Gas’s engineering function and ensuring that engineered nitrogen generation systems are designed, released, built, changed, and supported through controlled, scalable, and repeatable technical processes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role provides day-to-day leadership and mentoring to the engineering team while owning engineering output quality, drawing and BOM accuracy, engineering change control, technical review discipline, and cross-functional support to Production, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Field Service. The Engineering Manager plays a critical role in strengthening Purity Gas’s transition from custom project execution toward a more standardized, modular, and production-ready engineering model. This includes implementing practical engineering controls, maintaining configuration discipline, supporting ISO 9001:2015-aligned workflows, and ensuring that design changes, production redlines, field feedback, and customer-driven revisions are evaluated and incorporated through a formal Engineering Change Order process.
