We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a small, focused engineering team building licensed music experiences for top fitness, retail, and consumer brands. This is a people-first role for someone who takes delivery seriously, holds a high bar for quality, and knows how to get the best out of engineers. You'll manage a team of 6 and be responsible for managing sprint execution, driving release quality, and building a team culture where engineers thrive. You'll lead the team’s transition to AI-native development including building a training program, establishing standards, and working alongside engineers until new workflows become second nature.
