Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
- 5+ years of heavy lift, rigging, or related engineering experience
- Experience leading technical teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with lift planning and engineering software
Nice To Haves
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Heavy lift, specialized transport, or structural engineering experience
- Familiarity with AISC, ASME, OSHA, and related industry standards
- Experience with RISA-3D, AutoCAD, Inventor, MathCAD, and similar tools

- Develop future engineering leaders through coaching and mentorship
- Implement technologies and tools that improve efficiency and quality
- Partner with operations, project management, sales, and executive leadership

- Ensure engineering deliverables support safe and successful project execution
