Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required in Electrical Engineering or related field

Mentors others to enhance their technical competence and its application to achieve more effective technical solutions. Provides effective solutions to moderate technical challenges through strong technical competence, effectively examining implications of events and issues. Assumes accountability for personal technical performance and holds others responsible for theirs.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the team supporting power conversion for electrification systems.
Coach and develop new engineers in systems development while contributing to the delivery of the validated electronic system to be integrated into Caterpillar's electrification projects including integration, requirements, development, and verification.
Provide technical leadership role on NPI, NTI, and small batch programs.
Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
