About The Position

In this role, your responsibilities will be to lead a small, well-scoped engineering project or a sub-workstream within a larger program. You will coordinate across disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, & Firmware), support project execution activities including planning, task breakdown, schedule tracking, status reporting, risk identification and mitigation, and drive team alignment and communication. You will also facilitate stand-ups or small team reviews, track action items and follow-ups, contribute to engineering deliverables in your area of expertise, apply structured processes (e.g., requirements, traceability, quality practices), and present project updates and outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical field
Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
