About The Position

This role involves leading a small, well-scoped engineering project or a sub-workstream within a larger program. The co-op will coordinate across Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware disciplines, supporting project execution activities such as planning, task breakdown, schedule tracking, status reporting, and risk identification/mitigation. The position also focuses on driving team alignment and communication by facilitating stand-ups and reviews, tracking action items, and contributing to engineering deliverables. The co-op will apply structured processes like requirements management, traceability, and quality practices, and will present project updates and outcomes to leadership.

Requirements

Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical field
Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
