Engineering Maintenance Manager
About The Position
The Engineering Maintenance Manager directs the daily operations of the Facilities Engineering Department and translates policies and procedures into daily operations in accordance with accrediting organizations and regulatory agencies. The role oversees and promotes operational efficiencies using engineering management principles. The manager also oversees hospital building remodel and repair projects, coordinating with contractors and vendors and preparing related drawings, schedules, and files. This is a full-time, day-shift role at Baptist Health Floyd in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or at least three years of facilities management leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
- Valid driver's license and good driving history.
- Obtain Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification within three years.
