The Engineering Manufacturing Liaison serves as the primary technical interface between Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) engineering teams and manufacturing operations for low and medium voltage switchgear & control products. This role ensures engineering intent is clearly translated into manufacturable, complete, and high‑quality production outputs while proactively resolving issues that impact safety, quality, cost, and delivery. The liaison works closely with the Manufacturing, COE and COD teams to support build execution, reduce rework and associated disruptions, and support continuous improvement initiatives for the operations. The liaison is the first point of escalation for manufacturing related concerns, assisting in the interpretation of complex documentation and build requirements. The liaison will provide guidance to the manufacturing team to determine how to build equipment and be the next point for further escalation to address any engineering and design related issues. For engineering or design related issues, the liaison will work with the Front End team to define the updated requirements, minimize rework and coordinate changes with the manufacturing team.
