About The Position

Carrier is seeking highly motivated individuals with a background in mechanical, systems, electrical, chemical, or software engineering, who also possess demonstrated leadership abilities and strong academic records, to join our competitive Carrier Engineering Leadership Program (ELP). This program offers graduates a unique opportunity to make significant contributions to strategic projects through three eight-month rotations across various Carrier centers of excellence and business units. Participants will engage in meaningful, hands-on assignments designed to challenge their capabilities and accelerate their professional growth. The program also includes comprehensive training, mentorship from Carrier executives and program alumni, and opportunities to build a global network of professional contacts. Rotation locations may include Syracuse, NY; Atlanta, GA; Kennesaw, GA; Charlotte, NC; Indianapolis, IN; and/or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
• Must be geographically mobile and willing to relocate for rotations.
• Must graduate in 2026 or 2027 with an engineering degree
• Must be available to start the Leadership Program in June 2027.
