About the Role: The Engineering Group Manager – Rear Seat Structures is responsible for leading the engineering strategy, execution, and people development for GM’s rear seat structures portfolio. This leader will guide a team responsible for delivering robust, safe, high-quality rear seat structure solutions across vehicle programs while balancing technical excellence, timing, cost, mass, and manufacturability. This role requires a strong combination of technical depth, organizational leadership, and cross-functional influence. The successful candidate will lead through complexity, build an engaged and capable team, and partner closely across Seating, Safety, Validation, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and supplier organizations to deliver world-class products.
