Role Overview The Engineering Group Manager (EGM) – CFD leads a multidisciplinary computational fluid dynamics organization supporting Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electrified Propulsion systems. This role is accountable for technical excellence, people leadership, and strategic delivery of CFD capabilities that enable robust, efficient, and innovative propulsion system designs. The EGM will guide a team of engineers focused on high-fidelity CFD analyses—including multiphase, thermal-fluid, and reacting flow simulations—spanning concept development through production validation. The role partners closely with hardware, test, manufacturing, and program leadership to accelerate decision-making through predictive simulation.
