About The Position

The EFIN Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the EFIN organization performing tactical engineering activities during core business hours for the station.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • One (1) year nuclear power plant experience is required
  • Selected candidate must live within one hour of the Facility for emergency response availability

Nice To Haves

  • Eight (8) years power plant experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science or Professional Engineer license is preferred
  • Knowledge of engineering design processes and practices is preferred
  • Experience in complex troubleshooting is preferred
  • Emergency Response Organization (ERO) qualifiable as Engineering Supervisor and Severe Accident Mitigation Guideline (SAMG) evaluator preferred
  • Knowledge of various nuclear plant technologies, maintenance, operations, and their impacts on Fleet operations
  • Current or previous senior reactor operator (SRO) license or certification is preferred
