Here, you will make an impact by: Leading and developing a team of skilled trade craftspeople Demonstrating strong safety leadership and fostering a proactive safety culture within maintenance and operations teams Planning, scheduling, and allocating assignments and resources to support equipment and facility maintenance Promoting quality by ensuring robust work processes and guiding innovative diagnostic practices Collaborating effectively with engineers, technical support staff, and plant engineering leadership Participating in the selection and hiring of new craft employees

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years in a supervisory or leadership position in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Two (2) years of experience in Plant Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, or Utility Plant Operations in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Four (4) years of skilled trades journeyman-level experience.
  • Technical degree or certificate.
  • Ability to read mechanical, electrical, or architectural prints.
  • Valid MN trade license (e.g., electrician, plumber, pipefitter, HVAC).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, teaching, and leadership skills.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in maintenance or construction.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and SAP
