SUMMARY The System Engineering Supervisor – Balance of Plant (BOP) leads a team of system engineers accountable for equipment reliability, system health, and design/operability stewardship across primarily non nuclear systems. This role is responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and high availability plant performance by setting technical direction, owning system strategies, ensuring strong corrective action and configuration control, minimizing risk, and coaching engineers to high standards. The supervisor interfaces with Operations, Maintenance, Work Management, Projects, Regulatory Affairs, and others to plan and execute work, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and risk management.
