Your primary responsibilities will be to lead a team of engineers building awesome digital web products used by tens of millions of American Express Customers worldwide. You should enjoy solving complex technical problems and have experience creating modern, scalable, customer-facing web applications. A strong product mindset to influence and drive the product roadmap and excellent delivery are key attributes for this role. You will work in a fast-paced environment with the stability of working for a Fortune 100 company. We’re looking for a Director – Software Engineering to lead our global web engineering teams, influence the future of our web platform, deliver impactful customer-facing capabilities, and guide talented engineers building applications used by tens of millions of users worldwide.
