Requirements

  • Desired cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA required of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Experience with problem solving and working in a team environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products
  • Communication skills - to convey/summarize complex ideas and conclusions
  • Team mindset to work productively with others within and across functions
  • Currently pursuing or recent college graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering degree with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 through August 2026.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Responsibilities

  • Provide Assembly ME support and basic troubleshooting for current operations on the Sprayer Product Assembly Lines.
  • Learn the skills to successfully provide tactical Manufacturing Engineer (ME) coverage for the assembly line.
  • Drive improvements to support our Distinctive Product Quality initiatives, drive continuous improvements in delivery, uptime, cost, and efficiency with the Natural Work Group.
  • Research, initiate, and execute safety and ergonomic improvement activities and projects.
  • Support implementation of current product continuous improvement running design changes.
  • Support the analysis, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology aligned to the Smart Connect Factory strategy.
  • Engineers are supported in experiencing multiple roles and development opportunities in a condensed timeframe to explore foundational engineering practices with Product, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering.
