This position supports the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) initiatives and programs to foster a consistent and exceptional employee experience. The role involves delivering specific operational processes as part of ongoing operational management within the CRE specialization. The apprentice will develop solutions and make recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key activities include conducting independent analysis to resolve strategic issues, building effective relationships, breaking down strategic problems, and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations. The role also involves designing and producing reports and dashboards, participating in change management activities, and supporting day-to-day CRE operational processes and administrative tasks. The apprentice will collaborate with stakeholders on planning, implementation, and sustainment of CRE processes, workflows, and program tools, and communicate principles, programs, and standards. This includes supporting the development of tailored messaging. The role requires participation in the design, development, implementation, and management of core business processes, analyzing data for CRE insights, and coordinating specific activities for strategic initiatives. The apprentice is expected to think creatively, propose new solutions, exercise judgment in problem-solving, and work mostly independently. Additionally, the role involves applying the Risk Management Framework to protect the bank and adhere to policies, laws, and regulations.
